Cole Stott

Managing Partner

Cole Stott is the President of Premier Athletics.  Cole earned a business degree focused on Sport Management from The University of Tennessee in 1998.  Cole has co-founded several companies with a focus on youth sports throughout his career.  He has extensive experience in all aspects of business development with a focus on strategy across multiple activities. 


He was recently President of a division generating more than $25 million in gross revenue managing 250 plus employees.  He enjoys travel and lake time with his wife Kristy and two sons Mason and Maddox.

Casey Jones

Managing Partner

Casey Jones is the owner of Stingray Cheer Company, Inc., Motus, Partner, and Cheer Fest, Partner.  Casey began his cheerleading career at Georgia Southern University in 1992.  After college Casey worked for several gyms before purchasing American cheerleading in 1998.  In 2002 that was rebranded into The Stingray Allstars.


Casey has coached all levels of cheerleading to include college, and currently handles the operating and daily management of Stingrays, its subsidiary companies as well as several other industry related businesses.  Casey has been involved in several USASF committees and other cheerleading businesses to include camps and consulting.  Casey is most proud of his wife of 29 years and their five children!

Kevin Brubaker

Managing Partner

Kevin was born in Chicago Illinois and grew up in Sheridan Wyoming.  He is a former competitive Gymnast (1977-1986).  Because of his tumbling, that led him to cheer 4 years at Wingate University (1986-1990) and 2 years in Graduate School at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (1990-1992).


Kevin is the founder, Owner and Coach at Charlotte Allstar Cheerleading & Gymnastics (1990 - present).  He was the innovator and creator of Spring Floor cheerleading competitions 1993 and Level Play 1997, both the now normal of all Allstar competitions. Read More



Stacy Rowe

Managing Partner

Stacy Rowe is the Senior Vice President for Premier Athletics.  She started with Premier Athletics in 2001 when began as the gym manager in Clayton, NC.  Stacy was the 2014 USASF Coach of the Year and has coached many cheer and dance teams throughout her career. Her teams have earned several Gold, Silver, and Bronze World Championship placements and she understands the work it takes to be successful.


She is passionate about teaching others to build their business. Stacy is a jack of many trades. She is a wife of 24 years and a mother of two teenagers, Avery and Jon. In addition, Stacy is an award-winning author. Her pen name is S.R. Fabrico. She has won awards for several novels. She also has a series of sports journals for athletes. Jenna Kennedy

Digital Media & Membership Specialist

Jenna was born and raised in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management minoring in business administration from Slippery Rock University and has worked for multiple professional sport organizations including the New York Yankees and the Charlotte Hornets.


Jenna was an Allstar cheerleader for 15 years, she now coaches at Charlotte Allstars, and loves creating new memories off the mat.

John Rowan

Logistics

John has been a part of the spirit industry as a former coach, all-star gym manager, and event producer for over 10 years. His extensive knowledge in the audio-visual sector, logistics, and event planning brings operational expertise to The CheerExpo.

John has been happily married to Sarah since 2011. They enjoy raising their daughter Haven with their animals, Penny Lane, Luke Skywalker, and Remy.


Chris Rowe

Planning & Finance

Chris's favorite quote, "Time is your most precious gift because you only have so much."


Chris has been a member of the cheer community since 2001. He has experience as a coach, director, and event producer. He has managed the logistics for hundreds of events and has a background in financial management. His expertise in finance and event planning bring tremendous expertise to The CheerExpo.


Chris is happily married to Stacy Rowe and a father to two incredible kids, Avery and Jon. When he isn't working and spending time with family he can be found on the golf course.


Erin Diener

Member Specialist

Erin began her dance journey at the age of three, training in a studio and competing as a member of her high school’s nationally ranked dance team throughout all four years. After graduating, she continued her dance education at the University of Tennessee, where she pursued a degree in studio art.


Throughout the years, Erin has utilized her knowledge in fitness and body mechanics to teach barre and dance conditioning to various groups, including dance teams, military service members, and corporate wellness programs. Her many talents and attention to detail provide great expertise to assist with current and new MotUS members. We are glad to have Erin on the team!


Erin resides in Knoxville, TN, with her husband and three children. As the lead instructor at the flagship Neighborhood Barre studio, she dedicates her days to empowering her students through barre and dance technique. She applies her love for dance with her work with Stage 8 Dance Brands.
