Stingrays Marietta
Ali Hester is the Administrative Director at The Stingray Allstars—Marietta. She grew up cheering at Stingrays, was part of NCA Staff, and coached for several years. Ali spent 10 years in marketing and brand management before finding her way back to Stingrays and pursuing her career. She is married to her husband, Evan, and they have 2 beautiful children, Rylee (2) and Knox (6 months).
CheerForce
Becky Herrera is the owner and Founder of CheerForce, originally in Simi Valley, CA. She is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Along with overseeing the daily operations of the original CheerForce gym location, Becky has also been volunteering as a USASF Connection Leader for the last 5 years. As the current Chair of this committee, she also holds a seat on the USASF Board of Directors.
Becky has been married to Shawn Herrera for 25 years, who happens to be her high school sweetheart! Shawn and Becky have three sons, and equally love USC Football and travelling to Hawaii.

Casey Jones is the owner of Stingray Cheer Company, Inc., Motus, Partner, and Cheer Fest, Partner. Casey began his cheerleading career at Georgia Southern University in 1992. After college Casey worked for several gyms before purchasing American cheerleading in 1998. In 2002 that was rebranded into The Stingray Allstars.
Casey has coached all levels of cheerleading to include college, and currently handles the operating and daily management of Stingrays, its subsidiary companies as well as several other industry related businesses. Casey has been involved in several USASF committees and other cheerleading businesses to include camps and consulting. Casey is most proud of his wife of 29 years and their five children!

Cole Stott is the President of Premier Athletics. Cole earned a business degree focused on Sport Management from The University of Tennessee in 1998. Cole has co-founded several companies with a focus on youth sports throughout his career. He has extensive experience in all aspects of business development with a focus on strategy across multiple activities.
He was recently President of a division generating more than $25 million in gross revenue managing 250 plus employees. He enjoys travel and lake time with his wife Kristy and two sons Mason and Maddox.
Stingray All-Stars Marietta
Emily Jones is the Office Manager at The Stingray Allstars-Marietta. She cheered for 13 years at Stingrays and went on to cheer at the collegiate level at both The University of South Carolina and The University of Georgia. During her athletic career she won NCA Allstar Nationals 10 times and the Cheerleading Worlds twice.
Emily has been working in the office for 10 years and manages the Summer Camp Program (Camp Rays), The Stingray Jams Events, and the day to day of scheduling, enrollments, communication and customer relations.
When she is not at the gym she enjoys being outside and spending time with her husband, Aidan, and their Doberman, Ringo.
Charlotte Allstars
Kendyl Seymour is the General Manger of Charlotte Allstar Gymnastics & Cheerleading in Matthews, NC. Kendyl grew up in a small gym then was hired 11 years ago at CAGC. Since being hired, she has worked in every aspect of the business. She was a UCA Staff Member and has been a part of the RAB for multiple years. Kendyl has a passion for leadership, organization, and continued education of all sources!
Kendyl enjoys spending time with her Husband Evan and German Shepard Ranger Kole. She also loves the sport of Baseball and is inspired by Jesse Cole, the owner of the Savannah Bananas!
MotUS Managing Partner | Charlotte Allstars
Kevin was born in Chicago Illinois and grew up in Sheridan Wyoming. He is a former competitive Gymnast (1977-1986). Because of his tumbling, that led him to cheer 4 years at Wingate University (1986-1990) and 2 years in Graduate School at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (1990-1992).
Kevin is the founder, Owner and Coach at Charlotte Allstar Cheerleading & Gymnastics (1990 - present). He was the innovator and creator of Spring Floor cheerleading competitions 1993 and Level Play 1997, both the now normal of all Allstar competitions. Read More
Top Gun All Stars
Kristen Rosario, who studied at the New World School of Arts and graduated from FIU with a BA in dance education and accounting, co-founded the Top Gun All Stars in 1994. Since then, Kristen has dedicated her life to better the All Star industry. She has served on many committees and boards such as the NACCC, and the USASF.
In 2015 she was inducted into the All Star Hall of Fame and received the Pinnacle award shortly after for her influence in the growth and safety of our sport. In addition to coaching at her 25-Time World Championship program, Kristen also oversees all 8 Top Gun locations while continuing to volunteer for the all star community through the USASF Board of Directors.
Alaska All-Stars
Leon Reynolds is the owner of Alaska Athletics and the Top Of The World Cheer Championships in Anchorage, Alaska. His journey began with a long career in men’s gymnastics and for the past 34 years has been coaching gymnastics, tumbling, and Cheerleading. In 2002 he began Alaska’s first All Star cheerleading program named Denali Allstars and later it was rebranded into Alaska Athletics. As a small gym they found great success nationally as well as on the Worlds stage. He also began producing cheer and dance events with the creation of the Top of the World Cheerleading Championships bringing high value events to the state. He continues to coach, produce events, and look for new and interesting ways to expand the traditional gym business model.
Northern Lights
Megan has twenty-five-plus years of experience in the cheerleading industry. Owner of Northern Lights in Keene, NH (19 years) . She built her gym from the ground up!
She is assionate about positive coaching, leadership, creating experiences for herr athletes and helping fellow small gym owners & coaches succeed.
In addition to her business and coaching experience she is also a choreographer at the High School, Collegiate and All-Star level. She also enjoy judging./=
Megan has been speaking at conferences for over 15 years and loves sharing knowledge, collaborating, and helping other programs grow!
Twist and Shout
Orson Sykes is the Owner/director of Twist and Shout Training center in Edmond, Ok. Twist and Shout was established in 1996 by Orson and his wife Marketia Sykes. Twist and Shout has been highly successful over the past 28 years by winning multiple national championships at NCA, Summit and other prestigious events. Twist and Shout has competed at the USASF World Championships for the past 19 years and has brought home 5 gold , 7 silver and 7 bronze medals. Orson has received the honor of being named the USASF “Coach of the year” in 2011 and was inducted into the USASF Hall of Fame in 2012. He served on the Board of Directors for the USASF from 2005-2009. Twist and Shout has three locations in the state of Oklahoma and is the most sought after gym in the state.

Stingray All-Stars
Roger graduated University of Georgia with degree in finance 1995. He cheered 4 years at UGA and also worked UCA staff in 1995. Roger performed in Japan summer 1995 for opening on Kansai International Airport.
He started coaching all-stars in 1993 at a couple local gyms until starting United Stingrays in 1997.
In 2022 Roger started the Stingray Allstars with Casey Jones. He has been a USASF Board of directors 2 times, coach of the 10 time world champions, Orange and 2 time world champions, Steel.
Premier Athletics Northern Kentucky
Ros attended Northern Kentucky University on a full scholarship for volleyball and transferred to Midway College where she continued to play collegiately. Ros came to Premier Athletics through a merger between her former gym, Spirit of Kentucky and Premier Athletics. This was one of the best decisions Ros could have made for herself, her children, and athletes. Premier Athletics allowed NKY families and athletes more opportunities along with her staff. Ros is married and has 6 children who are all college graduates (3 of whom now work at the gym in their spare time) along with 2 stepchildren. A fun fact about Ros is that she was named MVP in 3 sports during high school and was named to the Hall of Fame along with being named to the All Region NAIA in college. Ros says that volleyball was her gateway to the competitive world of all-star cheer and dance.

Stacy Rowe is the Senior Vice President for Premier Athletics. She started with Premier Athletics in 2001 when began as the gym manager in Clayton, NC. Stacy was the 2014 USASF Coach of the Year and has coached many cheer and dance teams throughout her career. Her teams have earned several Gold, Silver, and Bronze World Championship placements and she understands the work it takes to be successful.
She is passionate about teaching others to build their business. Stacy is a jack of many trades. She is a wife of 24 years and a mother of two teenagers, Avery and Jon. In addition, Stacy is an award-winning author. Her pen name is S.R. Fabrico. She has won awards for several novels. She also has a series of sports journals for athletes. Her genuine wish is to help athletes set goals, track their season, and enjoy the journey.
Premier Athletics Knoxville West
Susan came to Tennessee from South Carolina to attend ETSU, where she cheered and received a Marketing degree. She coached at the Premier Athletics gym that was in Johnson City for six years before moving to Knoxville and has now been with Premier Athletics for nearly 20 years. She is a proud mommy of three precious daughters, Hartley, Hayden, and Hollis.

Levon is dedicated to sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise from over 20 years in the cheer industry. He has collaborated with teams across the US, Canada, and Australia, and has had the privilege of coaching National, Summit, and World Champion squads, guiding them to numerous titles throughout his career. With an array of roles within the sport, Levon has consistently prioritized learning, which has provided him with a rich and multifaceted perspective. He offers valuable insights that help develop programs, enhance culture, and train athletes and coaches to reach their full potential. As a "cheer dad," coach, USASF Regional Advisor, USASF Connection Leader, Varsity All Star judge, Accuscore Official, and a welcoming presence to all, Levon is always eager to share his knowledge with others. He is certified in CPR, First Aid, and has completed Concussion training, in addition to being a certified instructor with both USASF and USA Cheer.
